How can a buyer sign up to visit the fourth CIIE?

Please enter the official website of the CIIE (www.ciie.org) and conduct online registration through “Business Exhibition” - “Buyer” - “Registration”.

After registration, buyers can enter the official website of the CIIE and click the “Business Exhibition”, “Buyer” and “Sign In” columns in sequence to review and modify the information that they have already submitted, and they can check the progress of the relevant processes including those for reviews and certificate-making.

All buyers shall register online in advance, as on-site regular registration for the fourth CIIE will not be allowed.


Are buyers eligible to visit the exhibition after registration?

After buyers fill in their affiliations and personnel information as required, an affiliation and personnel information review and fees payment will commence, after which certificate-making and issuing will occur if all of the preceding procedures pass. After obtaining their certificates, buyers can visit the exhibition and carry out negotiations in accordance with relevant stipulations.


After buyers’ registration submission, what else needs to be done?

After buyers’ registration submission, the trade mission will review unit information. The unit will receive a payment notice, and then it can log in to the system to pay for persons with the status of “unpaid”. If the status is updated to “to be reviewed”, it indicates a successful payment. After the successful payment, please wait for the notification on the personnel review result.


When is the deadline for buyer registration?

The deadline for buyer registration at the fourth CIIE is 12 midnight, September 30, 2021, Beijing time. The deadline for online payment by scanning the QR code is 12 midnight, October 15, 2021, Beijing time, and the deadline for payment via transfer and upload of the payment voucher is 12 midnight, October 12, 2021, Beijing time. Please register and pay relevant fees at the official website of the CIIE before the deadline.
