Recently, netizens revealed that Haidilao privately labels customers in the member system, which mainly includes physical features and personality needs.

In response, Haidilao responded on February 24 that in order to continuously enhance and optimize the personalized service needs of customers, store managers can supplement the personalized needs of customers in the member system (such as chopped onion in spicy pot, lemonade with ice, etc.). The company has continuously optimized the relevant content since 2020, and explicitly forbids any comments on customers' personal information, such as physical appearance and other features. And in January 2021, all the investigation and rectification has been completed, and all the new information needs to be strictly examined.
