As the world’s second-largest avocado exporter, Peru annually exports over 670,000 tons of avocados, with an export value exceeding $1.5 billion . The freezing technology preserves the taste and nutritional value of fresh avocados while ensuring stable quality and facilitating long-distance transportation and storage .
